1. Shipping Destinations
- We proudly ship within Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your order has been successfully placed and payment confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next 1-2 business days.

- Standard Shipping (A-Post)

Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- During high demand (e.g after drops) shipping/dispatch can be delayed.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all Swiss orders over CHF 55.00
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
- For orders shipped outside of Switzerland, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential duties and taxes before placing your order.
6. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. SlidePlate is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it remains unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
